PULL PROCESS:

Inventory is online under "Inventory," please compile images of what you would like to pull in cart, screen shot and email us. Garments will be packed up for you and ready for pick up at your scheduled time. Address for pick up will be given after renter is approved for renting.

If you would like to send a mood board, we can put together a pull for you for final approval prior to collecting. We charge a flat fee of $50 for this service.

FITTINGS:

• A $5 fitting fee per rental item will be charged for all clothing items that are returned unused during the 24-hour fitting time.

• Clothes that have been worn will be charged the rental amount. Full rental amount is listed under each item in "Inventory." Items are not allowed to be used, worn or photographed during the fitting process and approval period.

• Shoes & accessories do not have a fitting fee and will be charged the full rental amount listed on our site. They are also charged based on time out of the studio. 

• Items that are not returned within the 48 hour approval window by closing will be charged the full rental rate. ​

• Used items that received after the 48 hour rental period will be charged their full rental rate.

​We are currently operating on the honor system, as we are committed to being as green as possible and attempting to avoid using plastic hang tags and paper tags. Please be honest with what you shoot as if we find any items shot without knowledge will be charged full rate and could risk your ability to rent from us again. Don't make us have to add to the carbon footprint please!!​​​

⦁ PRODUCTION RATE: Any items kept out longer than 10 days, will be charged a production rate of 1.5X the weekly rate and can be kept out for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, the rental cycle will restart.

DRY-CLEANING: In an effort to keep our rental house as green as possible, items that have been very gently worn only require deodorizing. Items that have been heavily worn are to be returned dry cleaned. Items are expected to be returned clean, no exceptions. We reserve the right to assess the item upon return and if it is not returned clean, a cleaning fee of $40 per item will be added to your invoice.

⦁ Do not attempt to hand wash or machine wash any merchandise.

LOSS & DAMAGE: Items are expected to be returned in the same manner as when received. Clothing must be returned in garment bags and original hangers. All shoes must be returned in their tote bags.

If any part of the wardrobe is lost or damaged, the replacement value to be determined by us, will be charged for all rental items, in addition to the rental cost. If any minor damage occurs i.e. a button falls off or a garment tears, you must have repaired prior to return, at your cost. 

Renter assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss or damage to the items rented from any and every cause whatsoever. By renting from us, you agree to these terms.

ALTERATIONS: Please let us know if you need to alter something. Some temporary alterations may be allowed. Any items altered without approval will be charged the full replacement fee of the garment.
